If someone truly supports "diversity", they stop thinking about stereotypes, races, genders, etc and simply treat others as human beings. "Diversity" needs no laws. In fact, pushing diversity accomplishes the exact opposite.

I can't tell you the number of times and affirmative action hire came into the picture and all that it created was strife among the entire staff.
