If someone truly supports "diversity", they stop thinking about stereotypes, races, genders, etc and simply treat others as human beings. "Diversity" needs no laws. In fact, pushing diversity accomplishes the exact opposite.

DEI is simply the new and improved packaging for Affirmative Action. The biggest difference is that all the freaks of nature that think men can be women and that children can and SHOULD be "transitioned" are included in the deal.

I can't tell you the number of times and affirmative action hire came into the picture and all that it created was strife among the entire staff. Productivity and moral crashed because of the attitude that the hire brought into the workplace. Let's not forget the fact that they simply could not keep up because they were NOT the right fit because of the lack of proper education or other employment training.

Trying to FORCE someone into the workplace where they are NOT the best candidate is a recipe for disaster.

And then, in 2008, a particular multi racial president was elected and in one fell swoop, POOF, race relations were set back half a century. I lived thru the 70’s, graduated HS in ‘83. Once that POS blowjob gained office, I’ve never seen so much racial division. And it’s only getting worse…well, it is his third term, after all…

"Diversity" is inherently a part of the Human Condition. This doesn't mean that we should wipe out all cultural traditions and replace them with "equity" to make historical atrocities disappear.

DEI is only one spoke of the wheel of the Great Wheel Of Global Reset. And, the only way a global "reset" can happen is if the most powerful nation on the planet topples into the abyss, FIRST. Then, all other nations will realize that resistance is futile and fall in line per the ultimate goals of the agenda.
